40+ Strength

Beginners Strength
Designed for the newbie. Learn the principles and correct training techniques while building your strength. Perfect for those who want to build their confidence in the gym or before progressing onto the other classes.
Senior Strength
Unlock your longevity and build strength in your senior years. A gentle approach to strength training specifically designed for maturer bodies. This is a 40 minute class.
Pilates For Sport
For athletes and active people. Improve your mobility, flexibiilty and core strength. This bodyweight class operates on a structured cycle so you are able to get to grips with challenging movements and track your progress.
Muscle
A high intensity hybrid strength & conditioning class for all abilities combining multidisciplinary movements to really push your limits. Perfect if you love to feel the burn. This is a 50 minute class.
